How It Works

We assess each learner using our psychometric-based Human Skills Framework to create personalised learning paths.

Through the LEVRA Learn Portal, employees access engaging, bite-sized content focused on essential soft skills. Our VR training allows them to practise these skills in a safe, immersive environment.

We track progress and measure performance through the LEVRA HSF to show individual improvement and the real business impact.
