They saw young adults struggling to connect with senior colleagues, hesitant to pick up the phone, or unsure how to navigate difficult conversations. These young employees weren’t lacking intelligence — they had simply never been taught the critical Human Skills needed to collaborate, communicate, and build the confidence required for success.
Determined to change this, Emily and Bartek founded LEVRA to bridge the gap.
