Aspen partners with LEVRA to equip new Apprentices with essential Human Skills to drive workplace success, focusing on enhancing engagement and attendance rates while achieving measurable improvements in Apprentices’ skills and attitudes.

The Challenge

Aspen identified an urgent need for Human Skills training after reports highlighted that new Apprentices lacked essential interpersonal abilities critical for workplace success. This skills gap was negatively impacting both individual and team performance, creating a pressing demand for a tailored training solution.

Solution

6 key Skills Modules were delivered over a 3 month period, so Apprentices could learn effective communication skills and use virtual role-play scenarios to practise these skills.

The Results

Managers have observed a significant transformation in the skills and attitudes of Apprentices since the introduction of the LEVRA Programme, specifically noting considerable improvements in communication, collaboration, and time management. Building on this success, LEVRA is now working with Aspen to design a bespoke Graduate Programme tailored for their global workforce in the UK, USA, and Bermuda.
