Saïd Business School, University of Oxford partners with LEVRA to provide innovative learning experiences to upskill students.

The Challenge

SBS wanted to modernise its curriculum to compete with global MBA programmes, but had never utilised innovative technologies such as virtual reality (VR) or delivered personalised ‘Human Skills’ training. SBS was looking for new ways to equip students with essential skills needed for the workplace.

Solution

11 Modules were delivered to 60+ MBA students over a 10 month-period, elevating the Oxford learning experience and developing key employability skills for future leaders.

The Results

Students found that VR learning offered more value than traditional methods like workshops and e-learning, with the time spent on the modules deemed optimal.
