Grant Thornton seeks an innovative and engaging training solution for their new Trainees, while accommodating the demands of business time constraints.

The Challenge

While Trainees new to Grant Thornton were technically proficient, they lacked key workplace skills, such as creating strong first impressions and working effectively in teams.

Solution

Five Skills Modules were rolled out to 30 First year Audit Trainees over a 3 month period, using virtual reality (VR) as a means of upskilling Trainees. Levra ensured the delivery of high-quality, timely service throughout the process.

The Results

Trainees demonstrated measurable skills improvement aligned with LEVRA and GT CLEARR values, with both trainees and the L&D team agreeing that the VR Skills Modules provided an optimal balance of time and impact.
