Deloitte invests in the professional development of its new Trainees to improve professional readiness and develop key soft skills.

The Challenge

Deloitte’s new Trainees faced challenges adapting to the workplace, including difficulties in proactive communication, and a need for greater professionalism, particularly in managing time and priorities. Trainees weren’t proactively developing their skillsets nor aligning with the requirements of the firms environment.

Solution

LEVRA developed a personalised programme to address the specific skills gaps identified by Deloitte, tailored to the needs of 30 Trainees. These included virtual workplace scenarios to allow Trainees to practise and develop their skills in a psychologically safe environment.

The Results

Trainees showed greater engagement with VR-based learning compared to traditional methods like workshops and e-learning, demonstrating measurable skills improvement as confirmed by LEVRA and Deloitte’s internal ratings. Deloitte’s L&D team rated the LEVRA Programme 100% for quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
