The Challenge

Eternus had a group of diverse Junior Team Members in different departments that had never been trained in human and interpersonal skills, leading to communication breakdowns and collaboration challenges. They needed assistance to delivering a manageable programme collecting informative data and insights.

Solution

Ten tailored Skills Modules were rolled out to Junior Team Members personalised to the needs of Eternus, strategically focused on generating real, tangible return on investment (ROI) for Eternus.
