SBS Insurance Services equips employees with critical interpersonal skills to boost customer relations and drive overall business outcomes.

The Challenge

SBS faced a critical training gap, as their focus on regulatory and process aspects overlooked the essential human skills needed to handle conflicts and emotionally charged situations effectively.

Solution

Two programmes were delivered, one for the Claims Handlers and one the the managers at SBS. The Skills Modules selected for each group targeted specific skills related to their job roles.

The Results

Internal SBS data proves that employees are retaining the objectives from the LEVRA Skills Modules and applying these on the job. We are collaborating with SBS to create personalised insurance specific modules to deal with key industry interpersonal issues.
